• Your Photos: Images you upload to generate fashion looks, try on outfits, or save to your character library
• Generated Images: AI-generated fashion and beauty photos created using our service
• Saved Characters: Photos you save to your character library for quick reuse (stored encrypted in our database)
• Closet Items: Outfits you save to "My Closet"

3. Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use our services:

• Credit transactions (purchases and usage)
• Generation history (which packs you've used)
• IP address and browser information (via authentication system)
• Session data (to keep you logged in)

4. Chrome Extension Data

Our Chrome extension stores data locally in your browser:

• Default Character Photo: Stored locally in Chrome storage (never sent to our servers unless you generate a try-on)
• Temporary Session Data: When you right-click an image, we temporarily store the garment URL locally to pass it to our website
• No Tracking: The extension does not track your browsing history or collect any data beyond what you explicitly provide

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve our services:

• AI Image Generation: Your uploaded photos are processed by our AI to generate fashion and beauty images
• Account Management: To create and maintain your account, authenticate you, and manage your credits
• Service Delivery: To save your generated images, characters, and closet items
• Payment Processing: To process credit purchases through Stripe (we never store your payment card details)
• Customer Support: To respond to your questions and provide assistance
• Service Improvement: To understand how our services are used and improve the AI models and user experience

How We Share Your Information

We do NOT sell your personal information. We only share data with:

Third-Party Service Providers

• Google AI Studio: Your uploaded images are sent to Google's AI service to generate fashion and beauty photos. Google's privacy policy applies to this processing.
• Stripe: Payment processing for credit purchases. We do not store your payment card information.
• Google OAuth: If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) per Google's OAuth terms.
• Turso (Database Hosting): Your account data and generated images are stored in our secure database hosted by Turso.
• SerpApi: Product search queries for "Shop This Outfit" feature (no personal images sent).

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

• Encryption: All data transmitted over HTTPS
• Password Security: Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
• Image Compression: Generated images are compressed before storage to reduce data exposure
• Secure Database: Data stored in secure, encrypted database with access controls
• Session Management: Secure session tokens with automatic expiration

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

Access and Control

You have the right to:

• Access Your Data: View all your generated images in "My Images" and saved outfits in "My Closet"
• Delete Your Data: Remove saved characters, delete closet items, or contact us to delete your account
• Update Information: Update your account details at any time
• Download Your Data: Download any generated images using the download buttons

Chrome Extension Control

• Update or delete your default character photo anytime in the extension popup
• Uninstall the extension at any time (removes all locally stored data)
• Your character photo is stored locally and never uploaded unless you generate a try-on

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at privacy@devoured.ai. We will delete your account within 30 days.

Data Retention

• Generated Images: Stored indefinitely unless you delete them or delete your account
• Saved Characters: Stored until you delete them (50 character limit)
• Closet Items: Stored until you delete them
• Product Search Cache: Cached for 7 days then automatically deleted
• Account Data: Stored as long as your account is active
• Transaction History: Retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International Users

Devoured.ai is operated from the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal tracking technologies:

• Authentication Cookies: To keep you logged in (session tokens)
• Local Storage: To store UI preferences and temporary data
